While we're on the subject, unless you're on a closed, private network
which only contains clients you have a good reason to completely trust,
don't use non-anonymous FTP.  That's a very tall order, so the general
rule is to never do it.  I'd strongly suggest that you set up an SSH or
SFTP server that does all operations with strong cryptography.
