Before Eric Rosel set up the Self-Serve FAQ engine on Q-Linux's server, I whipped up what I now call the JOULFAQ (Jijo's Officially Unofficial Linux FAQ), which is still up for viewing in <http://jijo.leathercollection.ph/joulfaq/>. This was the basis for the initial set of entries in PLUG's SSFAQ. It's not updated anymore, but I will continue to put stuff there when I have the time and energy. But I don't think life really depends on that. The concept of having a Self-Serve FAQ engine is for everybody and anybody to add questions and answers. It allows the FAQ to live a life of its own, beyond a small group of maintainers (or a single one, for that matter). Perhaps my point is that instead of "someone on the list" taking up the task, it's a task that anybody and everybody can rise up to, whenever anyone has the time and energy. Again for those who didn't get it in my earlier post, the URL of the PLUG Self-Serve FAQ is <http://plug-faq.q-linux.com/>. :) --> Jijo -- Federico Sevilla III :: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Network Administrator :: The Leather Collection, Inc.
