That's true, we have Bill Clinton to thank for that. My unit now says
I'm accurate to within +/- three to four meters; it used to be +/-
twelve meters!

But the US military receives a different signal than the civilians. I
thinks it's called the P signal, digitally encryted, much more accurate
I think.
