I would like to make a recommendation about the Tux pin.
After wearing one for some time now (remember the one that you gave
me?), I think it is better if the pin is a small coin shape, with
the pengiun embossed (sticking out) of the coin.  An irregular
shape is not so easy to handle.  Also more brilliant colors will be
nice, so that the colored pengiun is distinguisable, even from afar.

The present pin-and-lock mechanism is okay.
