hello. any command that would show the contents of the current usage of memory of ALL the current programs running and their memory usage on a redhat linux box?
'top' doesn't show much since its only limited to 25 lines (?) and CPU process is what it shows. 'cat /proc/meminfo' doesn't show the programs and their usage. same as 'free'. 'ps ax -l|more' has an SZ field (size?) but i'm not sure whether that's in megabytes, kilobytes or just bytes. tnx in advance. _ Philippine Linux Users Group.
