I'll try helping you but I need to know some more details like the website of destiny or better yet the domain name of destiny? Do you have your own email server in your side? if so do you use mail relay for virus scanning at your side? the thing is with virus scanning relays it do alot of deferal before it send the mail this is true because it must scan all mails before sending.
