Well one solution would be to print to file that Powerpoint presentation
using a postscript printer driver. You do this under Winblows of course. You
could download a postscript driver for free at Adobe's website or if you
have your Winblows install disks, install "IBM 4019 LaserPrinter PS17" (from
Mike Chaney a few months ago).
Of course, after printing it to file, you can do the standard ps2pdf. You
can do this under Linux, but if you have CygWin installed, run the command
there.
There might be other utilities out there but this is the best way to
preserve the formating/look of the presentation.
