try to make use of an internal modem :) (probably the old modem ones... the ancient ISA duh :)) so u could setup them for dialin and with separate irq's (avoiding conflicts) or maybe make use of your 2 serial comm and place an external modems and configure it as dialin... best suited OS for this thing?... of course.. Linux! dont try this under windblows...
