Just like a microsoft certification, an RHCE grantee that a
person has the knowlegde and skill for a specific product,
in this case Red Hat Linux. Companies need to know how to
seperate the good eggs from the want-na-bees. Of course
experince really counts but a certification is a good
subtitute.
