Hello PLUGers,

I'm kind of in a bind here so pardon the semi-OT.

Someone just used a looong screw to hold a hard disk in place which ate into
the PCB and shorted the thing. I think I can still recover the data within
the HD. Problem is, I don't have any Xenix installation disk/s. I tried
mounting a floppy disk with a Xenix FS before using Linux's "mount -t sysv"
but I couldn't read the contents (mount refuses to recognize the FS).
Anyone have any ideas? Basically I'm down to:

1. asking someone out there for a SCO Xenix System V 2.3.4 installation
disk/s
2. asking anyone how I can run my Xenix-based app on a Linux system (iBCS?)
3. if I could use any utility to copy the contents of the old HD to a new
one ala DOS diskcopy/Norton Ghost/rawrite (where I create a HD image of the
old one and write that to the new one)

If anyone has any advice, I'll be burning the midnight oil tonite, wracking
my brains out over this problem so feel free to shoot me an e-mail with your
thoughts. :-)

Thanks in advance!

M. Yu
