Was your kernel compiled to support System V fs support?

iBCS has been renamed ABI. the older kernels (2.2.x) still used iBCS.
subsequent versions now have ABI. Go to http://linux-abi.sourceforge.net
for more information. And yes, SCO Xenix 386 and 286 is supported.
