UML or the Linux Virtual private server (http://www.solucorp.qc.ca/miscprj/s_context.hc) Bit of a problem with both are they are not polished software yet, a bit hard to setup, and have some showstopper bugs. UML is promising, but have not seen someone doing real virtual hosting on this one though it is possible. Virtual Private server is better since from the start, it was designed to do virtual hosting. but have not seen any activity on the website for a couple of months now.
