That is an opinion. Others may agree/disgree with you.
So if SCSI-1/2 HDD are not low/medium in speed compared
to current SCSI implementations, what are they then?
high speed too?

Some companies are still using SCSI-1/2 HDD, I can personally
affirm it. Museum pieces yes, but not obsolete... yet. :)
