Hi vince, The shop if i'm not mistaken is Extreme Modz, located at the 2nd floor, kamagong lane, vira mall, green hills. I think I even have their price list somewhere. Anyways, let me add my 2 cents to this OT thread =) At home, me using a Duron 1GHz running at 1GHz@138MHzFSB installed in an Epox 8KHA+ motherboard. The case I'm using is the exodus case which came with an exhaust fan connected at the upper portion of the back plate. I bought two fans and connected one of them to the lower portion of the front plate and the other fan, I placed at the space where one places additional CD devices. The two fans are intakes, blowing air into the case. My CPU's temp when idle is around 43C while at full load(while playing Commanche) is at 47C, ambient temp is 35C. I'm actually not satisfied with this temps so if time and cash would permit, I would: 1) replace the bundled heat sink with a Volcano 7+ 2) replace the thermal paste material with Artic Silver 3 3) bring the side panel of my case to Extreme Modz and have them drill blow holes so I can attached an intake fan directly over my processor which would take ambient cool air(relative) and feed it to the Volcano 7+ fans. a nice day, you guys have --- master yoda =) -- ============================================================ Jessie Evangelista<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Developer, SMetrix Inc. ,Philippines Tel no.: +6328438064 ============================================================ _ Philippine Linux Users Group.
