Some apps don't like term and eshell. Pfft. =) Then again... I hardly
ever use screen any more. Sometimes I run emacs -nw so that multiusers
can see it.

<grin> Moot point for me, because Emacs stays up as long as my
computer is on.

Interesting, though, the way that screen lets me keep an emacs -nw
even after I crash/kill X...
