In most of the recent kernels inode-max is not
existent because inodes are dynamically created

in some kernels, the older ones

you need to edit /usr/src/linux/fs/inode.c edit
max_inode to something bigger and ( i got this from
reading somewhere but i cant remember and i haven't
tried it )

i just remember it must be set 3 times are
nr_something :) hehehehe

but if you are using the 2.4.18+ kernels im sure they
are dynamically created :) hehehe you'll just need to
tune file-max and system ulimits
