**I'm in Bulacan, Digitel is the only telco serving in our place, DSL here is just one
municipal away. As for dynamic IP, I don't think a problem like that can hold us back
do we? ;) I give it a year or two before it reaches our area.
   I've has experience in using PLDT's DSL in Makati and I've also noticed the IP
address rarely change specially if you keep it connected 24hrs.
   If I were still in Manila, 4DBBS would've been offering limited internet access
by now, I don't mind 3KBps less from 30KBps anyway.

I use MBSE BBS, its all-in-one package, it includes the mailer and tosser already
in case I still need to hook-up to fido networks. http://mbse.sourceforge.net
