There are several methods that I've used. 1) Using pilot-link, there is an included command line utility called pilot-mail. I don't know if they've folded in the better command line utility that follows. It will sync only with POP3 hosts. This project is still alive and kicking. Latest version is 0.11.3 (http://www.pilot-link.org) 2) Using pilot-mailsync. I don't know if it's still being worked on, but this tool allows syncing with POP and IMAP folders the last time I used it. Latest version is 0.6.2 (http://penguinppc.org/~hollis/palm/pilot-mailsync.shtml) 3) Using gnome-pilot, there is a conduit included to do the deed. This was part of the work done by the people from Eazel before they folded. I am not sure if there is still any work being done on this. Latest version is 0.9. (http://www.gnome.org/gnome-pilot). This depends on pilot-link, by the way. 4) Using coldsync, sorry... I don't have much info as I haven't really used coldsync. It does have a mail conduits as part of the distribution. Latest version is 2.2.5 (http://www.coldsync.org) As far as I remember, StarOffice had a method for syncing with the Palm and it's likely that OpenOffice does too. Evolution also provides syncing with the Palm, but I haven't really tried it.
