[plug] IDE RAID Cards

Hi guys,

Just wanted to ask if anyone here is using IDE raid and linux?? If yes, what distro are you using???

I can't seem to get RedHat 8.0 to install in my rig:

Celeron 1.7G
Epox 4G4A
256MB DDR
EIO AP-1680 raid pci controller
(2) 40GB Hard disk

I suspect that the card is not supported although it says in the box of the raid card that it is supported by linux.
