If you have a host outside the company you can connect to, port 80 
(Web) connections can be sufficient to get a general-purpose Internet
connection:  Use HTTP Tunnel,
http://www.nocrew.org/software/httptunnel.html .

Also HTun:  http://runslinux.net/projects.html#htun

Either one is a TCP/IP over HTTP tunnel.
