i remember when i was in 3rd Yr. in DLSU, and internet where scarce and slow. 
we have this vax account, which we used to surf via lynx and send email. then, 
dlsu introduced those mail enabled netware accounts. enthusiasts that we are, 
my colleagues and i discovered how to access the net by email, which we think 
at that time was faster. we used to download 5Mb shareware this way, which are 
sent to our mailbox in uuencoded form. we just concat it and uudecode to 
retrieve the original file. i don't know if it still exists, but if your
