AFAIK if you'll sell them you can't claim technical support services with copies of RH CDs. It's still perfectly legal (to copy them), and sell them (as long as you won't pass them to be official RedHat Linux CD distribution err brand them with the words "Red Hat" or their translations or similar connotations - like Red Cap, Pulang Sombrero, Green Hat, etc...)
