I accidentally pressed CTRL-S on a terminal
and didn't realize that a CTRL-Q would undo
the Scroll Lock.

Killing agetty and bash wouldn't bring back
the login prompt, and even CTRL-Q would not
work anymore after you kill the processes. How
does one recover from this short of a reboot?
