I don't, but I can point out that you can get bootable floppy images
with PartEd on them, e.g.,
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/parted/bootdisk/partboot.img 

Author Andrew Clausen says he's too busy at univerity to perform the
work to incorporate NTFS support at the moment, but in the meantime 
there's ntfsresize (open-source, but still beta), or the redistributable
proprietary BootIt NG utility, or the copy of Acronis OS Selector built
into the redistributable ASPLinux disk1 ISO.
