Thanks for your help. But my problem is I can not go in anymore in the Webmin interface using my root password. Oh well maybe I can just uninstall and install it back.

Go to the "Webmin Users" screen. For the user "admin", select the
option, "Unix Authentication" (System) as the Password setting.
