Make the Red Hat Linux Hard Drive primary or Master so that it it will
boot first on Grub (I suggest you use grub for your boot loader).

Install Red Hat on the first hard drive (hda). You can disable your
slave drive (hdb if slave on primary ide) while doing this at least to
avoid accidents.  
 
After the installation process, enable your Windows drive, boot from
Linux then edit your grub conf (read the Grub manual) to boot from Linux
or Windows.
