This has happened to me before, unfortunately i myself don't know how i
fixed it.  But here's what i did:

I took another initscript that works with chkconfig and i slowly stuck in
the commands from my other script that won't work, until the script did
what i liked and chkconfig accepted it.

Sorry, i can't be more scientific in the solution \8|
