Like what ian suggested, what do you get when you issue 'df' in a command line. The error pertains to a full partition. That is the first thing that you should resolve.

yup, i already did. i even formatted my /var/squid/cache partition and mounted it again and did squid -z to create my swap directories in /var/squid/cache, but it still yields the same error.
