1. issue the command hostname newhostname
2. edit /etc/sysconfig/network then add the hostname at
HOSTNAME=hostname
3. edit /etc/hosts then add

111.222.333.444   newhostname.domain alias
ex
192.168.0.1     jenna.sagent.ph jenna
