we have a service running for inquiring student balance that uses Ivrs.pm the modem we use is AcerModem 56 Surf Data/Fax/Voice modem. this is the only modem i got my hands on that worked with IVRS. the new version of Ivrs is said to be able to "call transfer" and make calls.
