Something doesnt look right with your domain--are you
haveing the same exact problem with mu2 (mu2.mu.edu.ph)?

nameserver records say that your domain has NS of
mu1.mu.edu.ph and mu2.mu.edu.ph

however there is only one "glue" record (mu2).
Also mu1 is CNAME'd to mu.edu.ph.  I believe
NS record needs to be A records (not CNAME).

perhaps these are causing your problems.
I suggest you register your mu1 nameserver and
change that to A in your dns.
