your domain is confusing....what am i 
missing:

the delegation goes to ns1.mu.edu.ph and
ns2.mu.edu.ph.

However the servers are configured to 
say that the nameservers are mu1 and mu2
(not ns1 and ns2)!  (plus the other problems
mentioned previously)

or maybe you changed the nameservers recently
and it takes a while to show up...maybe..
