hi all,

if you use gnome and have wondered how to make the gnome weather
applet show weather conditions and temperature here in the
philippines, the default setup provides no way to do that.

i have no idea who to submit this patch to, but since we're the ones
who will find this most useful, i'm posting it here.

here's a diff i hacked up to allow gnome weather to show Manila,
Masbate and Subic Bay. the data is taken from the US National Oceanic
and Atmospheric Administration's National Weather Service
(http://nws.noaa.gov) so those are the only sites that i could find
data for. don't ask me what the letters and dashes mean. i just
figured out that they need to be there. i am too lazy to read the
source. ;)

here's the unified diff. have fun.
