the simplest you can do with this is just
to put many entries on yur dns record, like
for example:

          foo.bar.baz.  60  IN A 1.2.3.4
          foo.bar.baz.  60  IN A 1.2.3.5
          foo.bar.baz.  60  IN A 6.7.8.9

this will make bind/named serve the IP
addresses in round-robin order.

This wont be as responsive as you'd like though,
because clients will cache dns queries.
However it might help because differnet clients
will be handed out different ip addresses.

this will probably will help in serving out 
*static* pages (only).
