I will be making used of old servers. I am concern if 1 server will be able to handle the number of users alone in terms of processing speed. This kind of setup up is for future design. I'm assuming that we will be able to buy atleast 1 brand new machine in the future and I will assign this as SMTP server and the old machines as mail servers with different users so as to be able to divide processing between the two or more low end servers.
Although i have used Horde/imp with sendmail before, I haven't really tried the 3 server setup that I have in mind. ================================== Well Velle, offtopic, can I ask why your using 2 internal mail hosts but only 1 external relay? is it for redunancy or is your 2 internal user groups far away from each other that you have to split incoming mail? __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
