I previously saw in a newspaper that their IT contract with the local Sun 
people went to the outrageous tune of several hundred of millions of pesos. 
To think that we honest taxpayers are paying for it.

If only we can install an all-Linux solution with the BIR. The tremendous 
savings can be used for more farm-to-market roads, computers and books for 
public schools, medicines for provincial hospitals...<me calms down>
