What really sets him apart are his values of humility, honesty, sharing and
cooperation. He can be self-deprecating without being overtly gross. No
matter how talented he is, he's humble to accept he doesn't know everything,
nor is his approach always the right one. Plus, the ability to socially
engineer sharing of ideas in a community of egoboostic programmers is a skill
that is comparable to a great political diplomat.
