if you're going to port your apps from Linux to Windows,
how would you do it (and why)?

a. Recompile the app using MS VC++/C# & Install the existing windows port of the servers to be used.

b. Recompile the app on Cygwin.

c. Install Linux on top of VMware instead.
d. No way. Over my dead body ;)

e. Code in Java from square one.

*just crossed my mind while waiting for my app to finish compiling on Cygwin....

btw, is there any (faster) way of doing this?
