43.2kbps GPRS speed.
It's a non-starter. 0.25/kB = 250 pesos PER MEGABYTE.

Since a dialup (ordinary) can download ~ 3Mb/hour, that's the equivalent 
of 750 PESOS PER HOUR. Mag-Instanet ka nalang.  :D

AZcom starspeed 400kbit downlink for 18k pesos/month. Very erratic service 
though.

Want C-band duplex satellite? about 40k/month gets you 32kbit (CIR) 
128kbit (burst). That's the cheapest. Talk to Textron, their rate is a bit 
higher (~ 50k/month for 64k).
