the Ateneo has a 18 node Beowulf-type Cluster. and yes it IS running Linux. we use it primarily for climate-change and chemical modeling and high-performance computing education. you can email me off-list for more details.
btw, UPD and bluepoint have beowulf-type clusters too. why? do you have an application you wish to try out?
