Okay, found the site for this Lorma supercomp:

The site says they plan to link up to clusters of other
institutions to form a grid. Perhaps they're talking of the
clusters at UP, Ateneo and Bluepoint (did I missed any?). No
news in their site yet about the linkup (supposed to be
started by Q3 2002). That's a pretty big grid if it pushes
through.
