Is there a way to permanently add module. I tried adding the command insmod "modulename" in the startup scripts in the /etc/rc. directory so it will add the module during startup but it does not work.
Does anyone know where the startup script for loading modules during startup?
just edit the file "/etc/modules" then append the list of modules that you want to be "modprobed" or loaded during start-up.
ex.
esssolo1 8139too ...
