It's actually not a bad idea. I'm in for it. :) But isn't PLUG enough for the Philippine Linux Demographic needs?
And since PLUG is already SEC certified, and there are people here who could count as experts (RHCE's, etc.), could this ML be a feasible solution? Why don't you refer them (your clients) to PLUG? And people in the list could actually be contacted personally by the clients, and have more personal "service" delivered to their mailboxes?
