I've put a copy of the client_blocks I use up for rsync[1]. I've made
the following small changes to the original file you posted to the list:

    - separate into three sections with some comments for ease of
      editing: exemptions, DSL/DUL blocks, general spam blocks
    - add block for dsl.brasiltelecom.net.br
    - add exemption for InfoCom "adsl1-".

It would be great if we could keep this updated as a community. Would
you be willing to periodically send me updates by email?
