Hi Doc. AFAIK, Quanta is a WYSIWIG HTML editor (whew! lots of acronyms.
;) ) If you're using Dreamweaver, this is the closest thing on the KDE
platform.

Qt is still available at Trolltech anyway. Maybe the KDE people just
decided not to include Qt. For what reason... I don't know. :)
