my basic config for my out/ximian :

pop3 : mail.isp.com.ph
smtp : smtp.isp.com.ph

My basic setting for my squid

icp_port 0
cache_dir usf /var/spool/squid 1000 16 256

forwarded_for off
acl mydomain src 192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0

 And regarding the firewall, i don't have a any firewall that i have
to block the pop3, all i have is the standard firewall when you
install the redhat 9.
