its a leading, if not THE leading, web magazine devoted to SNMP. most snmp books list that website among its recommended online resources. just browse through the archives, maybe you'll find something useful. since SNMP is relatively stable (meaning, they don't change standards every quarter or so), even the old articles are pretty relevant even today.

for dead-tree books, though, O'Reilly's "Essential SNMP" is one of the best. The definitive reference for MIBs however is "Understanding MIBs"; even if its still a bit dated already, its can still be useful today. And if you ever need to write your own agent and/or management software, i recommend SNMP++ and Agent++ (just ask google for the exact url).
