The rcmd proxy is also fixed for work with rdr rules and map rules, the other proxies have not seen much action so I won't say if they do or don't work. Also, finally, I've merged the work I've done on porting it to Linux. The only way I will recommend anyone build it for linux is with the kernel they are running being one configured & built from /usr/src/linux themselves. Having tried to build a compatible & matching kernel plus modules using the install stuff for RH9 and failed, I won't suggest anyone go down this path. Presently there are a couple of features that don't work: return-rst, return-icmp, dup-to/to/fastroute. For BSD systems, I've built and had it work as an LKM but NOT as a part of a compiled kernel. I would love it if a few people could try out the mechanisms provided to make it work there and send me updates on what's required to make it work, if that's at all possible.
