Ok, as I alluded to a little while ago, I've got the ftp proxy fixed
for use with rdr rules as well as map rules. The rcmd proxy is also
fixed for work with rdr rules and map rules, the other proxies have
not seen much action so I won't say if they do or don't work.

Also, finally, I've merged the work I've done on porting it to Linux.
The only way I will recommend anyone build it for linux is with the
kernel they are running being one configured & built from /usr/src/linux
themselves. Having tried to build a compatible & matching kernel plus
modules using the install stuff for RH9 and failed, I won't suggest
anyone go down this path. Presently there are a couple of features
that don't work: return-rst, return-icmp, dup-to/to/fastroute.

For BSD systems, I've built and had it work as an LKM but NOT as a
part of a compiled kernel. I would love it if a few people could try
out the mechanisms provided to make it work there and send me updates
on what's required to make it work, if that's at all possible.
