Is it really just a matter of using the "correct" JavaScript? I'm told that there are issues with browser-specific implementations of JavaScript, including the type of DOM library used. So even if it is "correct JavaScript" that adheres to specifications, if its really the JavaScript engine at fault, then there's nothing much that can be done about it (except wait for a patch to fix it). That can be clearly seen with numerous browsers, like Konqueror, Opera, Omniweb, Mozilla, and the like, which have their own JavaScript engines. -- Gino LV.
