I guess the difference is that WiX, unlike other windows installers is
that this one is from Micro$oft, and more "developers" will dig it
because it has the "M$ Seal of Approval". Especially those "developers"
who only know M$ development tools. They'll dig on to it not because
it's open-source, but because of M$.
